Experience/Education Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Aviation Business or combination of related curriculum and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:
Under moderate supervision, works in close coordination with the assigned International Division Vice President and Sales Executives so as to provide timely and accurate sales support and new business coordination. Sales support includes proposal responses, demonstration flights, static events, sales presentations, customer visits, and marketing events. Helps to coordinate the development of new business including deal sheets, LOIs, proposals, pricing, and schedules. Helps to track and evaluate all sales opportunities in the assigned territory.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
1) Helps to coordinate new business development including deal sheets, proposals, LOIs, contract requirements and pricing information for International Sales.

2) Evaluates proposals for compliance with corporate financial goals prior to presentation to GAC Leadership Team.

3) Assists in researching inquiries related to International sales activities.

4) Promptly and effectively handles correspondence and telephone inquiries related to International business development, proposal preparation and contract closings.

5) Follow up and track deals from generation of Deal Sheet to approval of final Net/Net Sheet when sale is signed and funded.

6) Act as primary point of contact and liaison between field-based sales executives and Gulfstream.

7) Under moderate supervision, provides timely and accurate support for assigned sales territories, including proposal responses, static events, sales presentations, customer visits and demonstration flights.

8) Helps to provide customer support to marketing events, trade shows, air shows, static displays, industry conferences, and special events.

Additional Functions:
1) Stay knowledgeable and current on aviation market issues, economic factors, and competitor strategies that affect Gulfstreams International business.

2) Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
1) Should have a good working knowledge of airplane operations, international regulations, performance and the high-end business jet industry.

2) Must have proficient computer skills to include flight performance software, customer databases, MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

3) Should have a good understanding of sales/marketing and excellent customer interface skills.
