PS National Sales Manager in Savannah, GA
Unique Skills Required:
Corporate Aviation Interior Refurbishment background required. Operations and sales background preferred.

Experience/Education Required:
- Bachelors degree or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.Three years of corporate aviation experience (such as maintenance, material, interior, avionics, or operations) and 9 years of sales and marketing aviation, preferably in a corp environment.

Position Purpose:
Work with the Director of Sales, National Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Marketing Representatives, and internal support groups at all locations to identify and close jobs. Meet with the customer to clearly identify work scope and send work specifications to internal Marketing for quote preparation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
1) Achieve area sales goals for Gulfstream and non-Gulfstream models through efficient, well-organized sales campaigns with corporate aviation operators. Monitor actual sales and market share results in assigned territories versus forecast. Gather information on sales prospects in assigned area and use information to develop a proposed list.

2) Work with sales team to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets for both Gulfstream and non-Gulfstream aircraft.

3) Stay abreast of changing aircraft configurations and systems for assigned area. Use this information to sell maintenance, avionics upgrades and interior modifications to the customer for installation on aircraft.

4) Coordinate competitive pricing strategies, while maintaining margins, with the sales team.

5) Maintain a system for monitoring all outstanding proposals for all aircraft models. The system should capture rate probabilities, closed sales and lost business.

6) Gather cost information on competition and perform comparative cost analysis.

7) Maintain professional working relationships with team members and other departments at all facility locations to meet customer satisfaction and company/department goals.

8) Identify and develop new programs and business opportunities for assigned areas. Prepare yearly forecast of revenues.

9) Meet with customers at their facilities to write job specifications and to close sales.

10) Identify and develop new avionics programs and business opportunities through close coordination with program managers

11) Develop and maintain required vendor relationships for assigned areas.

Other Requirements:
1) Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.

2) Must be able to travel 50% of the time.

3) Must be computer literate/proficient.
