Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Master's Degree Business Administration preferred. 8 years Of professional experience in CRM, marketing analytics, business analytics or comparable analytics position to include 2 years of experience managing professional level employees or program management.

Position Purpose:
Provides strategic analysis and thought leadership to inform prospect and customer marketing activity and effectiveness. This role leverages customer data and insights to analyze, identify and recommend marketing campaigns and other opportunities to acquire and engage targeted audiences in support of key goals. This role will lead the management of a segmentation, contact strategy and campaign performance measurement system. The role works closely with other marketing leaders on the Brand Marketing, and Customer Insights & Analytics teams to define effective campaign strategies and metrics.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: 1. Drives development of CRM acquisition and retention campaign strategies, inclusive or framework and go-to-market programs using outputs from previous campaign results as well as inputs from customer behavior, competitive insights, and market insights. 2. Creates master segmentation plan, including key messages, channel selection, and cadence to support acquisition and retention, detailing needs-based, cross-channel execution in partnership w/Global Insights and Brand Management teams. 3. Partners with key internal partners in the strategy of all CRM campaigns, forging a strong partnership with the Brand Management team to ensure the brand strategy is effectively translated and executed. 4. Defines the overall CRM campaign calendar and monitors collision control for all campaigns and programs. Collaborates with other teams to define the channel plans/tactic mix, calendars, content. to ensure consistency with integrated strategy for acquisition, and retention. 5. Reports on key performance indicators and success metrics to inform and optimize customer engagement strategies and executions. Manages test and learn capabilities for campaign improvement across channels, collaborating closely with the Digital team. 6. Collaborates closely with the MKT Operations and Brand Management (Client & Channel) team to ensure campaigns are executed effectively, maximizing MROI by identifying key audience segments, message frequency and personalization tactics. 7. Supports Brand Management team to understand and guide campaign best practices and cutting-edge thinking. 8. Leads and develops a team of CRM Analysts to shape the current and future campaign strategy and customer experience. Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements: 1. Strong analytical skills, including experience developing segmentation schemes, and structuring, analyzing and interpreting large volumes of disparate data into actionable insights.
2. Excellent communication, presentation and critical thinking skills. 3. Experience working with online surveys, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), Marketing Automation (Marketo preferred), and analytical tools.
4. Experience with measuring marketing campaign effectiveness across channels (DM, EM, Digital), calculating response rate from marketing campaigns; establishing, implementing and socializing test and learn best practices.
5. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, macros and v-lookups.
6. Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
7. Must be energetic and self-motivated, responding to issues quickly with an open and positive attitude.
