Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or related field required or equivalent combination of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Six (6) years experience in project management to include experience managing professional level employees or medium to large, cross-functional teams or projects.

Position Purpose:
Responsible for establishing policies and procedures for Marketing Project Management, ensuring adherence to Gulfstream brand standards, and overall delivery of marketing project results. Foster close collaboration across marketing to ensure strategic goals are met through the successful completion of priority projects. Coordinate and lead the activities of multiple cross-functional projects to accelerate delivery of concurrent strategic marketing initiatives. Responsible for organizing resources, tasks, budgets and deliverables so that a project is completed within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: 1. Provide strategic leadership and guidance of the Marketing Project Management group.
2. Oversee all phases of marketing project planning and implementation to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
3. Align marketing project management resources across the project portfolio based on priority and risk.
4. Establish and ensure adherence to policies, processes, governance standards, and leading practice by marketing project managers.
5. Hire, lead and manage capable, energetic, passionate marketing project managers.
6. Responsible for defining and executing project plans while ensuring project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints and of the appropriate quality standards for project scope.
7. Ensures projects/programs are defined, tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner. Incorporates effective change and risk management controls.
8. Works in close collaboration with team leads to ensure appropriate resource planning. Prioritizing tasks, setting deadlines and assigning staff to various deliverables so that each project can hit the ground running with minimal wasted time and resources.
9. Ensures that changes to scope, timeline, and budget are managed appropriately through a formal change control process.
10. Drives the facilitation of regular status meetings and creation of accurate and timely project status reports.
11. Provides guidance and best practice knowledge to build marketing project management practices, governance standards, processes and metrics.

Additional Functions: 1. Develops efficient and reliable metrics for measuring project progress and establish service level agreements.
2. Identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements: 1. Extensive knowledge of project management leading practices and methodologies including blending traditional waterfall project management principles and practices with an agile development methodology.
2. Demonstrate personal initiative and leadership, ability to coach and mentor staff.
3. Detail oriented; demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy.
4. Financial acumen.
5. Negotiation skills.
6. Soft skills and technical skills (design, multi-media, marketing, media, customer experience) that contribute to successful coordination of projects.
7. Collaboration and decision-making skills.
8. PMO certification desired.
9. Good understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing procedures and best practices.
