POSITION WILL BE BASED AT THE GULFSTREAM FACILITY IN LUTON, ENGLAND. RELOCATION IS NOT AVAILABLE. PAYGRADE L20
The paygrade for this position is based off of the Luton Paystructure (L23). Internal candidates should contact their ER Personnel with questions about the range.
Position Purpose: Manage the operational and physical activities of the Scheduling organisation at assigned site/s. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operational quality and efficiency of the organisation to provide seamless customer service.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Essential Functions: 1) Develop and consistently maintain standardized scheduling processes and procedures that provide feedback, trend analysis, and statistics on hangar activities across all sites.
2) Manage the coordination of all scheduling activities with Sales, Operations, Business Office and all sites to ensure level loading of all facilities.
3) Prepare and provide status reporting and progress schedules to management as required.
4) Assist Schedulers and Regional Sales team members with high risk, high profile, scheduling activities to ensure success and customer satisfaction is achieved.
5) Continually seeks and capitalizes opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships resulting in increased Service Centre revenue and margin levels.
6) Champions change and effectively manage implementation of continuous improvement efforts.
7) Perform other duties as required.
Unique Skills Required: Successful candidates will have the ability to provide immediate/timely response and support to the customer and Product Support International Sales Team, as well as provide timely response and coordination with Service Center Operations. Must have strong customer service skills and the experience to be able to make independent decisions and coordination on customer support/loading scenarios. Must have the ability to multi task and coordinate the best decision for the customer and the company. This position will require coordination with other partner sites to support the customer when assigned site is fully loaded. This position will also require coordination and reporting metrics to U.S. based Scheduling Managers. Successful applicants will have a strong working knowledge of multiple regulatory agencies and their procedures and rules, such as EASA, FAA, JAA, etc.Current Passport or the ability to obtain a Passport required
Experience/Education Required: - Ten years corporate aircraft service experience with five years supervisory experience. - Current working knowledge of applicable CAA & FAA regulations is required. - Must be familiar with foreign certification requirements.
